In establishing a project quality management system, we streamline the processes, implementation and maintenance management of auditing; change control; corrective and preventative actions; documentation control; regulatory compliance; standard operating procedures; suppliers and training. These forensic analyses involve detailed examination of schedules; investigating delays; reviewing documentation; consulting key informant subject specialists including those with intimate knowledge of the project and / or company and evaluating the status of any legal proceedings to identify, support negotiation, mediation and arbitration processes and successfully resolve delays, disputes or claims related to project plans.
