Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
Our work on Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) exemplifies our philosophy of designing and executing capital projects that promote the rehabilitation and protection of the planet; are people-centred in policy and practice; harmonise economic growth, development and thriving market return on investment as part of global horizontal, inter sectoral and multi-actor governance solutions. Our ESG deliverables are not simply well articulated shelf documents but living commitments that embrace science with the latest technology and capacitating of the most valuable resources – humans – to mainstream ESG as a standard whole-of-society economic and project management ecosystem approach.
Our ESG services include:
Undertake risk assessments to develop proactive early warning and response guidelines to manage climate change and the transition to green energy related risks. Through substantive consultation as part of good governance principle, baseline needs to produce scenario planning informing the development and management of a corporate ESG short term tactical plan and longer-term strategy. Provide local conditions and international dynamics political socioeconomic analysis, assessment, and advice to inform business ESG policy drafting processes, its application and executive decision making. Produce corporate investment plans where clients’ key performance indicators are suitably matched to lives and livelihood goals in communities and regions of operations.
Conduct lifecycle monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to assess the performance of ESG practice against set strategic targets, using in-built flexibility to adapt as needed to remain goal oriented for strategy success.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement through stage gates to create a conducive project environment that is inclusive, participatory with stakeholders having agency of voice for meaningful ESG co-ownership, co-production of knowledge and joint implementation to maximise sustainable success.
Create targeted communication plans and practical platforms for providing information and engaging with the targeted audience in different formats including but not limited to community “town halls”; executive multi sector stakeholder forums; participatory action focus groups; academic, business and media publications plus social media interaction.
Content development for internal training courses; external workshops; public relations including maximising speaking / presenting opportunities and civic education to create awareness and advocacy for corporate initiatives. Introduce systems-based paradigm led by technologies that enhances digitisation and harmonises existing technology infrastructure and programmes for ESG to be in-built and mainstream across the project portfolio and corporate operations. Identify and implement the appropriate artificial intelligence (AI) and software applications that form the basis of adopted processes best suited to organisational structure and aims.
Use our set of multidisciplinary tools we adapted and invented based on our experience to conduct forensic ESG performance studies including the assessment of the “owners” team set goals, service providers contractual obligations and also the management and maintenance of the respective project management office.
Based on agreed and appropriate methodology, baseline; track; verify and analyse data both quantitatively and qualitatively to produce for internal and external reporting functions.
Advise clients on ESG compliance, latest developments, and options in country of business registration, operational location and international agreements which impact on critical decisions both current and future.
Train staff on all the ESG functions established as part of our exit strategy which is ultimately to capacitate our clients to move to an external M&E; continuous learning and updating of AI technology role.
