We are a 51% black women owned Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise (SMME) who applies our Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment B-BBEE Level Two status by actively recruiting and collaborating to close the gender and racial economic divides. To this end, we have almost reached our first target of 50% Black, Coloured and Indian notably women team members with a conscious focus on upskilling, mentoring, and supporting more youth and women across our service sectors as entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals. We proudly outsource to support SMMEs. Cost controls change agents; customised client-centred service; positive community environmental and social impact together with collaboration for calibre cohesion are mainstreamed throughout our work input and outcomes. Bio
MD Morne Beeslaar, an MBA graduate, certified Project Management Professional and Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering qualified has through decades of on-the-job experience together with lifelong capacity-building to stay ahead of developments built a reputation as the first call by industry giants for providing complex mega-project cost controls and planning services. He is renowned as a claims; forensic performance and planning reviews; shutdowns and turnkey programmes’ specialist, additionally a forerunner to mainstream Integrated Planning Sessions for South African mining houses. In expanding Faolan’s 28-year legacy globally, he strategically meet clients’ vison according to benchmarked standards, both areas of his empirical expertise.
We have a core 25-member team consisting of a qualified chartered accountant, construction managers; cost controllers; economist; (civil, electrical, and mining) engineers; quantity surveyors, operation managers, planners; (mega) project managers; operational managers; postgraduate researchers and systems and technology designer. In addition, we have six more team members for administration and documents control; human resources; financial; information technology and legal support.
Five more executive-level specialists reinforce our team in environmental; information; quality; risk plus safety and health management respectively. Two consultants are onboarded for business alignment; corporate operations; training and professional development. Through the direction of the MD, this team works on multiple projects concomitantly; each to our above benchmarked standards; supplemented by our partners and independent consultants with whom we have long standing relationships.
